I am really interested in one thing, of course if I'm not asking too much could you be so kind and please tell us your place of birth?Wheathttp://cravingforknowledge.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7770269130141758016.post-3801173648156720212012-03-26T11:30:53.766-04:002012-03-26T11:30:53.766-04:00You stated a lot of interesting facts and question...You stated a lot of interesting facts and questions. First you asked what I would do in the situation of being beating, mocked, and abandoned. I must say that I am glad that God didn’t choose me to die for the sins of the world. I would have failed. As a matter of fact, I don’t easily forgive now. (I just have to be honest.) At least that is not the first thing I think about when I am mistreated, disrespected or the like. Albeit wrong, my first thought is to give back what is being given to me. The correct action and response should be to pray for that person. The Bible tells us to pray for the ones who mistreat us. Jesus was and is the greatest example of this. Lord, Help me!
I thank God that He didn’t choose me to die for the sins of the world. I thank Him for His Son’s life, death, and resurrection. You ask to see who we can forgive this week. I will go a step further and make forgives apart of my everyday life. For example, when a cashier is rude, someone cut me off in traffic, a co-worker disrespects me, a family member makes me upset and so on; my first response must be to pray.
Even while on the cross, Jesus life was an example for us to follow. Thank you for making this personal.
Thanks to God for His glory and gift. Jesus, our sinless sacrificial Savior and example and the Holy Spirit for empowering, leading and guiding us.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04528048228536544248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7770269130141758016.post-53850192457618597772012-03-05T17:00:01.090-05:002012-03-05T17:00:01.090-05:00Thank you.
